Not sure if you're aware of this, but if you look at the bottom of the video and see the "timelime", you can go back to that part. I get the instructions by going back and forth. a 20 minute video sometimes takes me an hour to get through because of taking notes. But it helps. I keep a notebook specific for the different videos.
I do the same thing, tessagin! Great minds think alike.
I keep going back a little to make sure my "hearing and seeing" are working together. I draw what I see and write down the measurements. Then go back one more time to verify what I wrote. Works for me.
