Thank you for confirming what I was going to do. I have every intention of giving the baby the quilt. My problem is - everytime I make a quilt I write a story about the quilt. It is written in childlike words and stories about her father when he was a young boy. Is it all right to give them the book that goes with the quilt - as written? It was written with my heart and I figured every child loves the sound of their mother's or father's voice and it would be all right, but I just wasn't sure.

I think that is a great idea! I can't imagine anyone being anything but thrilled with such a thoughtful and personal gift. You are sweet!
