I bought a small lunch box at JoAnn's. It was in their $1-$2 aisle. Actually, I have two now. One holds my pins, rotary cutter, small scissors, thread, 6" slide ruler, etc., for taking to classes.
The other one I use to carry my EPP hexagons, pre-cut fabric, thread and needles. It's handy for traveling in the car, hospital visits, etc., when I need something to keep my hands busy.
