Take out the cam. Check to see if it is moving, if not find out where it is binding.
Good to know about the gun cleaner. I would stand it up right side up and put tri flow around both bars. Leave it in time out for a while.

Tension Tamer Tea??? I give that machine a few squirts every time I go past it. Lots of dried up oil inside. Hard to penetrate I'm thinking.
