Burlap and dust?
I guess you would call it dust, lol. I want to make valances out of burlap sacks. I washed the sacks and hung them out for days, they still are "dusty". Do they make anything that would stop this? Has anyone ever accomplished this? I wasn't sure if I used spray starch if that would help. I am putting a strip of fabric down each side as a panel. I will also probably put a backing on, which will help but I am looking for any guidance.
