Chevron stripes have been around along time. I have a feeling they will be considered a "fad" and in 5 or 10 years we'll look back and say "Those were SO 2012-2013! Yuck".

I'm wondering how they'd work as binding. I'm really liking using stripes as binding...looks pretty neat on my charity quilts.

I've made a scrappy chevron quilt--for charity. I'm not sure what I think of the chevron fabrics. I tend to like pretty--but my mom made me an afghan in a chevron design when I was about 20...it was nice. I think I could find a use for them but am not sure why "everyone" is so enthralled.

I have to add that a man chose the chevron quilt--so maybe could be a great "manly" design. Sometimes it is hard to think of something simple but nice for guys.
