I trim the fat from my loin. Spray the pan with Pam. After salt and pepper and garlic powder, I pour in a can of Root beer, cover tightly with foil, and bake at very low temp. (250) for 5 or 6 hours. Remove from oven, drain off root beer, shred with fork, add your favorite BBQ Sauce, cover tightly with foil, put back in the oven for another hour. Serve on Kaiser Buns
