I usually toss mine in the crock pot but you can do it in the oven too. Pork, apple juice, onion and seasoning salt, I use Country Bobs. Sometimes I add peeled, cored and chopped apples to the mix. Cook til meat falls apart - then drain extra juice and add your favorite BBQ sauce!
