If it was as easy as removing the row and switching it I would. If the log cabin blocks themselves had to be deconstructed, maybe not. I would continue the pattern with one row up and one row down as long as it worked out across the quilt.
I AGREE again with Tartan !! YOU have to decide what you want to deal with. There is nothing wrong with making a row of bunnies one way and then the other way.
