I won at Aurifil booth at Houston Quilt Show yesterday
Aurifil has a booth at the Quilt show and you can play putt putt for thread; they have 6 holes. If you make it to 6th hole and sink it you get a package of 10 spools of thread and 10 fat quarters. Well I won :-) This morning I woke up to an email for one of the reps asking for pictures of what I do my winnings so they can post it on their blog with my winning putt, lol, this will be in about 2 weeks--no pressure. The thread was actually cotton embroidery floss so I spent this morning coming up with something to do with it. Here is what I came up with
