A few weeks ago my kids and I put together my new Bertha cabinet. But I couldn't put the platform thing in properly because I didn't have the right tools. DH finally brought them in and helped me by holding the platform in the proper position while I tightened it. I'm pretty much a weakling but I snapped one of those bolts right off with almost no effort.
There are 7 others so I think it'll hold for now but dh said not to be pushing the platform up and down for now until I get a new bolt. I posted on Arrow's facebook and will call tomorrow to request a replacement bolt, but who knew I was so dang strong. I was about 1 bolt away from having dh finish tightening them all for me but we decided to skip that-otherwise all 7 of the others would have probably popped off.
Now I'm wondering if I should buy some hardened bolts and replace the ones in there.
