I did this several years ago for my mother and mother-in-laws doors at the assisted living. One for every month (and they are not all the same size or shape, which makes them also very interesting.

October: Pumpkins
November: Turkeys
December: Cane Canes (also Package)
January: Snowmen
February: Hearts
March: Shamrocks (also Kites)
April: Easter Crosses
May: Roses
June: Flip Flops
July: Flag
August: Cats (also CupCakes)
September: Apples

All the lady residents love (the men don't think to much about them). HA HA ! ! !
