Do you have the number of the member who invited you? If so, I would call and tell her why you will not be back. Unfortunately not all guild are welcoming. If you have a local sewing/ quilt store ask there to see if there are any other sewing groups. If you have 3 quilters yourself, you already have a quilting group.
i agree. Ask around. There may be other quilters looking for someplace to feel welcome, comfortable and included,
