Well I just got back from Walmart and got the Aqua one. cheap but very quiet. with water of course. I plugged it in without water and goodness. But it's very quiet now. My cats just stare at it. I poured more water in while they were watching, so we will see how it goes. I did buy a plastic mat with ridges so if any water gets spilled, it should be ok. So far, so good. thanks to all!!! (also bought my hubby an electric razor and am trying to get the thing charged. I will end up shaving him so it's electric for me!).
