I remember a story my mom tells. She always knew when she was getting a new dress because she got to pick out the feed sacks. She said she would look until she found several that matched so Grandma had enough material to make her dress. I love the 30's reproduction fabrics. Quilts made from them remind me of quilts that Grandma had.
