Great looking machines.It isn't always how they're shipped, it depends on the person delivering the package. My neighbor ordered some nice dishes and I saw how the delivery guy handled them. He ha the boxes on the wheel cart and just let them roll off. Luckily, they were insured but couldn't be replaced. Every dish was chipped or broken.
