Forgot to tell you that after putting the top together, it is sandwiched and quilted however you want. THEN it is sewn together down the back, turned with difficulty (had to use pliers), and fitted over the tube which is weighted. You can also fold up the quilted Santa and store in the tube. However, I probably won't as don't want to risk losing his nose and beard.
