http://www.englanddesign.com/ I saw her demonstrate her method at a quilt show and thought it looked promising. She has detailed tutorials available, and there are some free designs to try on her site. I tried the little train engine and found it somewhat more difficult than I thought it would be, but I believe the technique would be excellent if I got good at it.
