I have not been able to find the site that Jenny Doan referred to but I did find
this site that would allow you to make your own crossword puzzle. You could do that for the arrangement and simply transfer over to your Scrabble board. Also, you could always print on fabric or create stencils and paint on fabric. There are several fonts you can download
here that are in Scrabble style. I have put this on my to do list after the 10 I already have requests for from my grandchildren.
