I've seen 319s go for well over $100 with no cams but someone I know got a perfect one with a full set of cams and accessories (including a twin needle!) for $30. The latter is the cheapest one I've seen but shows it's possible to get one for almost nothing. From the time she started looking it took about three weeks to find it.
This is in Australia where there are probably less machines around: If you're patient you'll find a bargain and shouldn't have to wait long.
EDIT: There are *always* people who have a time limit on getting rid of a machine, or they're impatient and just want to see the back of something that's been hanging around too long. Their impatience is good for pricing
