How to choose batting/wadding
This is the thing that I don't understand.
what is the difference in all the different options? does anyone have a link or know where I an find info? I know some of the basic types but I have no idea which one is better or why. Which one is warmer and which one is cooler.
I love the idea of using 100% bamboo and I have been doing this! but as I'm only new and making quilts as gifts it is rather expensive.
also a lot of my gifts are for new mums and I'm worried about flammability of some of the cheaper ones.
lastly, which one gives the thickest finish?
