I like Tartan's response. When I can't get my quilting mojo going, which isn't very often, I clean my sewing room and do some re-organizing. Usually in the process I find some fabric that I had forgotten and that is enough to kick start me. Looking through magazines also gets me thinking of projects. Watching a video, like Jenny Doan of Missouri Star Quilt, also gets me back in the mood for quilting. Just take some time off, it'll come back; I don't think a quilter ever quits.
