That said - my sister and I buy 100 needles and split up the order. She ordered some sewing machine needles from Av*****h Su*****s from EBAY. They called and said they didn't have the size she ordered. Would she want some size 16s? It was a good price so we said yes. One needle shaft was deformed and would not go in the machine. We tried several different machines. Some of the needles shred the thread, some skip stitches and some broke thread. we can't return the needles because they only had a 5 or 10 day return policy. Beware of cheap needles - they may have bad quality control. The other thing would be to open the packs and look at the needles. Are the eyes smooth and straight? Are the shanks straight? Do you see any burrs? We will not be ordering from that place ever again. We have never had trouble with Organ needles before. It maybe that we will order Schmetz even though they are a lot more money. This wasn't just one needle in a pack this was 100 needles. Buyer beware.
