Ya know, I have found that if you keep a small desk calendar by your computer, when you get your partner's info, write it down on that date, what the theme is, etc, then when it's time to mail, there it is...;o) You can also check your PM's, it should still be there. Just little FYI's that help. Guess that comes from working books and computers for so many years, had to write my 'mind' down or would forget stuff..lolo
