12 or 14 layer cookie torte
Many years ago, 1980's, I think, I found a recipe for a torte in Southern Living Magazine. The layers were very thin cookies you cooked on parchment paper. The filling was made with whipped cream and a little chocolate, I think. If this sounds familiar to any of you I sure would appreciate your help in recreating this cake. I have searched the Southern Living Recipes and did not find anything. I made this quite a lot and every year my youngest daughter says she wants this for her birthday.
