Seared Maine Diver Scallops with Sturgeon Caviar, Saffron Parsnip Puree and Micro Cilantro

Fourth Course
Durham Ranch Petite Filet Mignon with Peruvian Purple Potatoes, Mushroom Duxelle, Cabernet Reduction and Baby Squash
Fifth Course
Pumpkin Creme Brule, Torched Candy Top and Toasted Macadamias with Classic Biscotti and Cream.
Each course will be paired with an appropriate wine from J Lohr estates.
Nice, huh?

Yup, it's a wine pairing dinner at a great restaurant. We've had our reservations in, and have been waiting for weeks for it. Since I was working a quilt show on my birthday Sunday, it'll also serve as my birthday dinner.
Only a few hours now. Can't wait!
