This is another one we tried, which was super easy and delicious. Corn tortilla chips should be gluten free, but just check the bag, or leave them out.

Wow, that tuscan turkey one sounds good and so quick.... now I just have to find someone to cook me a turkey
Will be watching for any slow cooker type recipes as one of our quilting group of 8 also has celiac disease.
