Here's a free version- one of many. I've found many easy to find ornaments and instructions on the internet. Try searching "fabric origami ornaments", "quilted ornaments", "fabric ornaments" and "homemade ornaments". Also look for paper pieced blocks- some are already 3 - 6" (Carol Doak), others can be reduced. Strip piecing and paper piecing are easy to keep precise when small.

Also there is an ornament swap on the Board finishing up, with some photos and links to tutorials. Sorry- I haven't seen any 3-D bell ornaments- will keep an eye out for one.
