When I went shopping for a dinning table and chairs, I knew I would use it for cutting, pining, and layering, so I bought one that is 36" tall, with chairs that are 22" at the seat. I am 5"6.5' so it is ergonomically perfect for me since I am all body with short legs. ( Thank you daddy, mom had all the tall relatives....)
