I demoed this and it was not the easiest to use and was also very limited. she is probably better of getting some simple editing program like sew what pro or embrilliance essentials that let her do the lettering as well as edit designs because her machine has little on board editing features where as label works will only serve one purpose. and at some point believe me she will want to have more editing features. I do have embroideryworks which is also designers gallery and is easy to use its just not easy on the pocketbook
