Honey bee is one of my favorite blocks. It just always looks good to me. Yours turned out fabulous and you did a great job on the applique portion of it. My very first Honey Bee was in a sampler quilt and my applique looked so horrible, I took it out and simply quilted the motif in. I have since improved and your quilt inspires me to make an all Honey Bee quilt.
