My friend, Diane, has been custom making doggie clothes and harnesses, for years. She just started making the pull-overs (like the red shirt), so Phoebe gets to model one of the first samples!
The paw print shirt fastens with wide velcro, underneath. Diane and her hubby also do darling wood crafts. I have such talented friends!
