It's an Anita Gooddesign design. Need a 6x10 hoop for the one I did, also a jumbo one included. He's appliqued all in the hoop, legs are sewn and stuffed with a thick cord. I love him!
I think the knit fabric (Benartex Snow Show from years ago) make it!
