At noon, I took a can of Corned Beef Hash, added a can of beef broth,brought to a boil, then added one fourth cup of flour mixed with 3/4 cup of milk and added another cup of milk, and a half package of frozen peas and carrots to make the pot pie mixture. Baked biscuits in the oven, used one in the bottom of the bowl and the other half or top on top of the 'pot pie' cooked mix. He loved it. Note to self:The peas and carrots should have been microwaved first to be completely cooked and tender.
He made the Impossible pie recipe I posted here, and loved the pie. He also loved the Marshmallow Fudge and Marshmallow peanut butter candy I made today. (So did the Schwan's man whom I offered a couple of pieces in a small plastic bag.) Recipe for candy is on the soft marshmallow jar.
