Bev I hope everything goes well and your old house is finally sold. A very roundabout way of doing things, I am like QuiltE, a bit confused. I used to process all the home loans when I worked in the Bank and both parties had so many days to sign the contracts, then a date was set to attend the Court House and lodge the documents, most settlements took 30 days but I have done them 14 which was a push. Oh for the good old days of wearing business attire (and high heels) and only sewing on Sunday afternoons
not going back there..
