I got this one! I upgraded to 11 the other day and hadn't wanted to upload any pictures, so didn't realize it wasn't working. You're right. Click on TOOLS/COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS, and add the site (it will fill in the QB address). I don't remember if I had to click OK or apply. Now, try again what you normally do, you should see the browse and upload thingamabobs...I do!
