The fraying end of a towel was cut off and the rest was used for the apron The quilted bib was from a print fabric. What a clever woman!! He gave me the apron and I copied it to make my own. So simple to make and I love having the towel so handy when I'm baking.

my grandmother and I would make aprons with a towel attached at the waist to the side. We had a great time doing this and since I am a butt wiper-sounds bad but that is what my grandmother called it-I would wipe my hands on my sides or back when wet or floury!! these worked well for me. Your are beautiful and brought back memories-thanks
