Mom-6, I hired a lawyer & got the court order to unseal my adoption records. It was quite an adventure as I was assigned the newbie in the family law firm in Tulsa, OK. She had not done an un-sealing before, so I was the guinea pig. Didn't mind. We got things unsealed, but were still looking for info on my father. Attorney was trying to get my juvenile record, but kept running into road blocks. I had her stop once we moved here to Texas as the funds for this search were coming from my income. Since I don't quilt with convicts, anymore, no income. I figured if it was meant to be, it would happen.
