I paid $125 for my 1803 delivered to my door. Then I paid another $40 to get the full attachment set (four boxes).

My DH can get them adjusted and up and running, so I don't worry about those costs, or getting one that is recently serviced, but I do make sure it runs. Mine also does chain stitch, and that is the main reason I bought it. It's still in line waiting to be gone over before I do any sewing on it so can't tell you how it performs, but it appears to be a good solid workhorse.
