I love to paper piece. I am making a falling leaves quilt right now and one of the leaf pattern is paper pieced. I am using muslin insteade of paper so I do not have to deal with pealing it off. This works well for me. I draw the sewing lines on the muslin and procede just like you do with paper. Good luck
