Maybe you could google for images of HST quilts and for trip around the world quilts and then clarify what you are looking for.
Possibly you are thinking of a way of laying out HST blocks so that they form concentric rings? Such as mine pictured here:

If so, you really don't need a pattern. You just make as many HST blocks as you need and lay them out in that orientation.
