No, not another book in 'that' series
My sister and I were going thru the broadcloth at our local Lens Mill and I was looking for a black, a very dark purple and very dark green. The place was a bit of a mess and I started putting some of the blacks together, looking for the bolt that had the least on it (They give you 15% off for finishing the bolt). I was dumbfounded when my sister asked which shade I wanted, pointing out the now obvious differences in the shades of black in the pile I had created.
So, next time you buy black broadcloth, make sure you get enough for your whole project. The next piece you pick up might not have the exact same hue. 72 shades of black. Who knew!
