I have the same panel. Won't get around to doing anything with it for this Christmas, though. (I try to make my Christmas stuff in the summer). I have a friend who did the same thing Daffy did. She used a buttonhole stitch to reinforce the openings for the light and put a pocket on the back near a bottom corner for the battery pack. She also put a pocket along the top to hang it. It turned out very nice! I will do the same when I do mine.
