Doesn't look like it'll take all that much to make it work again. You have a very nice start on the machine. The decals look far better than most I've seen and that's one of the hardest things on them to me. Mechanical fixes have always been easier for me than cosmetics like a good paint job and good decals.
Some of the others here can probably point you to a source for the slide plate, shuttle and bobbin for it.
