When I visited my daughter a month ago, she told me she'd like a Christmas wall-hanging. So, dutiful mom that I am, I starting trying to find the perfect pattern. She lives far away from me and she collects angels so I figured I'd make an angel wall-hanging. But, I couldn't find the perfect pattern. She told me, it doesn't have to be angels.... she already has tons of angel stuff for the holidays. So, I came up with this. I only found a picture and blew it up to make a pattern. There's quite a bit of applique and I used only my vintage machines. (I also posted this in the vintage section of QB.) I have to make a label for this and then get it in the mail.... so she'll have a little time to enjoy it. I told her that if she doesn't like it..... send it back..... cause, I kind of like it.
