This Thanksgiving I made my cranberry sauce in my new 'little' crockpot. I cooked it half way, 3 hours, traveled 6 hours to grandkids home, plugged it in and finished letting it reduce for 3 hours with the lid off. We were all drooling with the sweet aroma floating about the home.
PS: then I popped the remainder of the cranberry sauce in little ziploc containers and put them in the freezer to bring out whenever we want a little fresh cranberry sauce.
