With every contribution I learn more
Maybe stupid but I didn't know you could cook with the lid off. I was wondering about reducing sauce, now I know.
I think I will try one, just a smaller one as I don't need to cook for a whole family. I still have to decide which one. I've read lots of reviews on different pots and about 3 or 4 are still in the running!
