Beautiful pictures. We live on 2 acres with lots of it in woods and we have been trying desperately to attract them. What I wouldn't give to have them live with us.
There are several really good sites on the internet (I know, I know) with all sorts of information about how to attract bluebirds. We have open fields, so bought two birdhouses, installed at the proper height and distance from each other, and viola'! The birds came.
Love those pictures...now I feel like I have to go get a birdbath for our birds!
