Thanks everyone. The ISMACS link was really helpful. My 66 is in cabinet 56 and my daughter's 101 is in cabinet 40. I wouldn't mind finding cabinet 42 to go with my stool. I like art deco and there's plenty of that style in the cabinet plus more storage than in the cabinets we currently have. There is another cabinet 42 stool at a different thrift store in town. That one is the pickled oak finish like JudyTheSewer's example. I've passed on it so far because my other cabinets are walnut though the 56 cabinet has a coat of paint on it right now.
