The frosting and chocolate chips, fudge sets up perfect every time unless you try to hurry it. I stir the chips into the frosting in a 4 cup glass measure, microwave for ONLY 30 seconds, stir, microwave 30 seconds, stir, microwave again for 30 seconds. If there are still any lumps in it, microwave for 30 more seconds. DO NOT try to speed it up by microwaving for 1 1/2 minutes, you will destroy the chocolate chips, and have a container of yuck!
Our favorite combo is dark chocolate chips and cream cheese frosting. Smooth and yummy!
